Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain robust dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visually communicate key business metrics to stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering) to identify business challenges and formulate data-driven hypotheses and solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on large datasets using SQL and Python to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Automate recurring data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to enhance team efficiency and data accuracy.
- Perform A/B testing analysis and statistical modeling to support feature launches and product improvements.
- Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Maintain data quality and integrity by establishing best practices for data collection, validation, and governance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and aggregating complex datasets.
- Strong proficiency in a scripting language for analysis, preferably Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Deep experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of working independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
