Your Impact

As a Data Analyst on our San Francisco team, you will lead analytical initiatives that directly shape our clients' product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies. This is not just a reporting role; it is a partner-level position where your insights drive millions in revenue impact.

Responsibility

  • Lead Analytical Projects: Partner with client stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Build Data Assets: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL, dbt, and Looker.
  • Drive Strategy: Conduct rigorous quantitative analyses on user behavior, operational performance, and market trends.
  • Experiment Design: Design and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments, driving product innovation.
  • Storytelling: Synthesize complex findings into clear, persuasive narratives for senior leadership.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and documentation across all analytical processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve analytical tools and methodologies.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or similar analytical role.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency: skilled in writing complex queries, CTEs, window functions, and optimizing performance.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy).
  • Expertise in data visualization with Looker or Tableau.
  • Solid understanding of statistics: hypothesis testing, regression modeling, and probability theory.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence decisions at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.
  • Bonus: Experience with dbt, Airflow, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
