Responsibility
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver comprehensive analytical solutions that drive product and business strategy.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from diverse sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain robust data models and ETL processes in collaboration with data engineering teams.
- Design and analyze A/B tests and statistical experiments to measure product feature impact and user behavior.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices for data analysis, reporting, and governance.
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or related analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (e.g., complex joins, window functions, CTEs) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Strong proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Power BI).
- Experience with statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimentation design (A/B testing).
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity to ask the right questions and drive impactful results.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
