Responsibility
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and anomalies
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time business monitoring
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Translate findings into clear narratives through executive reports and stakeholder presentations
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and data accessibility
- Conduct A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize business strategies
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
