Responsibility
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems and improve product functionality
- Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipelines, APIs, and scalable analytical solutions
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key metrics
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and machine learning
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 3+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics
- Proficiency in Python or R with experience using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Pandas
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large-scale data processing frameworks like Spark or Hadoop
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML deployment tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-making
- Track record of delivering impactful data science projects from ideation to production
- Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision is a plus
