Responsibility
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems and improve user experiences
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate data-driven solutions into production systems
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and compelling narratives
- Build and maintain automated data pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient data processing
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data science and AI
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of data-driven decision making
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning roles
- Proficiency in Python or R with experience in libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale databases and data warehouses
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Track record of delivering measurable business impact through data science initiatives
