Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate data-driven features.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analyses to measure impact.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and technologies in data science.
Qualification
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in data science or a related role.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R is a plus.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, neural networks).
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
- Excellent communication and data visualization skills (Tableau, matplotlib, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
