Responsibility
- Design and develop advanced machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and feature engineering processes.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure model performance.
- Stay current with the latest research and technologies in AI/ML.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices.
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R is a plus.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or similar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
