Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive product improvements
- Stay current with state-of-the-art techniques and tools in machine learning and data science
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R is a plus
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, neural networks)
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Matplotlib
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is preferred
