Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
- Plan and execute general and cosmetic dental treatments, including restorations, extractions, and veneer placements.
- Utilize digital radiography and intraoral imaging for accurate diagnostics.
- Maintain detailed patient records and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post‑treatment instructions.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and front‑office staff to ensure seamless workflow.
- Participate in continuous education and practice‑wide quality‑improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active state dental license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
- Proficiency in restorative procedures, endodontics, and prosthodontics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient‑first attitude.
- Experience with dental software (e.g., Eaglesoft, Dentrix) and digital imaging tools.
- Commitment to infection control standards and OSHA compliance.
