Responsibility
- Develop high-impact visual designs for brand identities, marketing campaigns, and digital products
- Create compelling layouts for print materials, social media assets, and web interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict deadlines
- Conduct design research and stay updated with industry trends and technologies
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews for continuous improvement
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Minimum 5 years professional design experience with strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and brand guidelines
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and Figma/Sketch
- Proven ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English
