The Opportunity
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution across all digital channels. This is a senior IC-to-leadership role that reports directly to the VP of Marketing. You will manage a high-performing team of 4 specialists and oversee a multi-million dollar marketing budget.

Responsibility
- Architect and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO, SEM, social, email, and content to aggressively drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Own a multi-million dollar marketing budget, strategically allocating resources across channels to maximize ROI and achieve ambitious growth metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of high-performing digital marketing specialists, cultivating a results-driven culture of creativity and experimentation.
- Rigorously analyze campaign performance data, providing insightful reporting and turning complex data into actionable optimizations.
- Partner with Product Management and Sales to orchestrate seamless go-to-market launches for new features and product iterations.
- Continuously research industry trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge and identify new growth levers.
- Oversee relationships with external agencies, contractors, and martech vendors to ensure flawless execution and alignment with internal strategy.
Qualification
- 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS and a proven record of driving measurable growth.
- 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing a team of marketing professionals in a high-growth environment.
- Deep, demonstrable expertise in SEO strategy, from technical audits to content strategy and link building.
- Advanced proficiency in paid acquisition platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) with experience in sophisticated bidding and testing frameworks.
- Highly analytical with extensive experience using Google Analytics 4, Looker, or similar BI tools to drive decisions.
- Expertise in marketing automation and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategy and results to executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field. MBA preferred.
