Responsibility
- Develop engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans for diverse learners
- Create inclusive classroom environments that celebrate cultural diversity
- Implement data-driven assessment strategies to track student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum innovation and cross-departmental projects
- Communicate proactively with parents/guardians through conferences and digital platforms

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred)
- Valid Texas Teaching Certification (EC-6 or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years classroom experience with demonstrated student achievement
- Proficiency in differentiated instruction and trauma-informed practices
- Strong classroom management with positive behavior support systems
- Experience with Google Classroom and educational technology integration
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly desirable
- Portfolio showcasing innovative lesson plans and student work samples
