Responsibility
- Deliver one-on-one instruction tailored to individual learning styles
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with school curriculum standards
- Prepare students for standardized tests (SAT, ACT, AP exams)
- Monitor academic progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Communicate progress updates to parents and educational consultants
- Utilize diagnostic tools to identify learning gaps
- Maintain detailed session notes and achievement records
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 university with GPA 3.5+
- 3+ years verified tutoring experience in target subjects
- Expertise in at least two core subjects (Math, Science, English)
- Score in 95th percentile on relevant standardized tests
- Teaching certification or advanced education degree preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
