Responsibility
- Conduct proactive foot patrols and surveillance monitoring of assigned properties

- Prepare detailed daily activity logs and incident reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical incidents
- Maintain CCTV systems and utilize advanced security technology

Qualification
- Valid Illinois Security Guard License (required)
- Minimum 2 years commercial security experience
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficient in security technology systems (CCTV, access control)
- Clear criminal background check and drug-free certification
