Responsibility
- Manage a complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target organizations and expand existing relationships.
- Conduct high-stakes presentations and product demonstrations for C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue projections using Salesforce CRM.
- Negotiate six and seven-figure contracts while maintaining margin integrity.
- Act as a market expert, providing competitive intelligence and product feedback to leadership.
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualification
- 5+ years of direct B2B sales experience in a closing role, preferably in SaaS or Cloud Technology.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN).
- Experience selling to C-Suite executives, specifically in IT and Finance departments.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
