Responsibility
- Develop and validate scalable business models through rapid prototyping and market testing
- Lead end-to-end venture creation from ideation to Series A fundraising
- Assemble and mentor high-performing startup teams with complementary skill sets
- Secure strategic partnerships with industry leaders and distribution channels
- Drive product innovation through user-centric design and agile development
- Execute go-to-market strategies achieving 10K+ active users within 18 months
- Secure follow-on funding rounds through compelling investor narratives
Qualification
- Proven track record of building or scaling ventures (portfolio or demonstrated impact)
- Expertise in lean startup methodologies and customer discovery frameworks
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Deep domain knowledge in SaaS, fintech, or consumer technology sectors
- Mastery of financial modeling and unit economics for high-growth businesses
- Strong network of VCs, angels, and industry connectors
- Experience securing $1M+ in seed/Series A funding
- Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
