Responsibility
- Develop and validate scalable business models with our venture studio framework
- Lead product development from ideation through MVP launch
- Build and lead high-performing founding teams
- Secure seed-to-Series A funding through our investor network
- Execute go-to-market strategies across North America
- Leverage Austin's talent ecosystem for recruitment
- Present quarterly venture progress to our investment committee
Qualification
- Proven track record of founding or scaling startups
- Expertise in SaaS, FinTech, or Climate Tech preferred
- Exceptional fundraising experience ($1M+ closed)
- Strong network of VCs and angel investors
- Proficiency in Lean Startup methodologies
- Demonstrable product development expertise
- Experience building remote-first teams
- Passion for solving complex market problems
