Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in high-growth markets.
- Develop and validate innovative business models and product concepts.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams to execute on new ventures.
- Leverage the firm's network to secure resources, partnerships, and funding.
- Present progress and insights to senior leadership and potential investors.
- Drive the development of minimum viable products (MVPs) and iterate based on feedback.
- Contribute to the firm's thought leadership by sharing industry insights and trends.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a founder or key executive in a startup or high-growth company.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on a business plan from ideation to launch.
- Strong network within the startup ecosystem, including investors, mentors, and industry experts.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for innovation and a relentless drive to build something new.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
