Responsibility
- Develop and validate new business concepts through rapid prototyping and customer discovery
- Lead pre-seed to Series A fundraising efforts with our investment team
- Build and scale high-performing startup teams from the ground up
- Present progress to partners and portfolio companies quarterly
- Advise 3-5 portfolio companies on growth strategy and operational excellence
- Identify emerging market trends and investment opportunities
- Mentor founders on product-market fit and go-to-market strategy
Qualification
- 10+ years founding or scaling startups (3+ exits preferred)
- Proven ability to raise $1M+ in venture capital
- Expertise in SaaS, fintech, or consumer tech sectors
- Deep network of industry contacts and investor relationships
- Strong understanding of lean startup methodology and agile development
- Exceptional storytelling and pitch deck development skills
- Experience building remote-first teams and distributed operations
- Passion for mentoring early-stage founders
