Responsibility
- Develop and validate innovative business models targeting Indonesia's underserved markets
- Lead product development from concept to MVP with our technical team
- Secure seed funding through our network of VCs and angel investors
- Build high-performing founding teams and organizational culture
- Execute go-to-market strategies across 17,000+ Indonesian islands
- Present quarterly progress to our investment committee of industry leaders
- Mentor emerging entrepreneurs within our ecosystem
Qualification
- Proven track record of launching or scaling businesses in emerging markets
- Deep understanding of Indonesian consumer behavior and regulatory landscape
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong network within Indonesia's tech/startup ecosystem
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience raising capital ($500k+)
- Expertise in digital transformation or fintech preferred
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with minimal resources
