Responsibility
- Architect and execute startup business models from concept to Series A
- Secure $1M+ in seed funding through investor relations and pitch decks
- Assemble and lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and growth specialists
- Drive product-market fit through rapid prototyping and user validation
- Negotiate strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 enterprises and VCs
- Develop go-to-market strategies achieving 10K+ active users in 18 months
Qualification
- Proven track record of founding or scaling a tech startup to $5M+ ARR
- Expertise in climate tech, SaaS, or B2B enterprise solutions
- Mastery of fundraising strategies (VC, angels, grants) with $500K+ closed deals
- Deep network within Silicon Valley ecosystem (YC, Techstars, Sequoia)
- Proficiency in lean methodology, agile development, and KPI-driven growth
- Exceptional storytelling for pitches, pitches, and stakeholder communications
