Vivid Ventures is looking for a bold Entrepreneur to spearhead early‑stage ventures from our San Francisco headquarters. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify high‑growth market opportunities, assemble founding teams, secure seed and Series A funding, and drive ventures from concept to market launch.
Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate emerging market trends and unmet customer needs.
- Develop and refine business models, value propositions, and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Assemble high‑performing founding teams and mentor emerging entrepreneurs.
- Lead fundraising efforts, including pitch preparation, investor relations, and term sheet negotiations.
- Drive product development timelines and ensure rapid iteration based on market feedback.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy to scale revenue and impact.
Qualification
- Proven track record of founding or co‑founding a successful startup.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities for pitching to investors and partners.
- Deep network within the venture capital and startup ecosystem.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑autonomy environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
