Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnostic procedures
- Deliver high-quality restorative treatments (crowns, bridges, fillings)
- Execute endodontic and periodontal procedures
- Conduct preventive care (cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants)
- Manage patient treatment plans and educate on oral hygiene
- Oversee dental hygiene staff and ensure clinic compliance
- Utilize digital imaging and practice management systems
Qualification
- DDS/DMD degree from accredited institution
- Active Illinois dental license
- 3+ years of clinical dentistry experience
- Strong diagnostic and manual dexterity skills
- Excellent communication and patient rapport abilities
- Experience with practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- CPR certification and BLS training
- Commitment to continuing education
