Responsibility
- Comprehensive patient evaluations and diagnoses across all age groups
- Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate with specialists
- Perform routine health screenings and immunizations
- Manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease
- Lead patient education initiatives on preventive care and healthy lifestyles
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research opportunities
Qualification
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid New York State medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in primary care
- Strong diagnostic skills and evidence-based medical knowledge
- Excellent communication abilities with diverse patient populations
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
