Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for diverse patient populations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based medical practices
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and interpret diagnostic tests accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and referrals
- Maintain detailed electronic health records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Stay current with medical advancements through continuous education and training
Qualification
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Valid New York State medical license and DEA registration
- 3+ years of clinical experience in primary care or relevant specialty
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Strong diagnostic skills with excellent patient communication abilities
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical medical practice and patient advocacy
