Responsibility
- Plan and execute planting, cultivating, and harvesting schedules for various crops
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control and irrigation strategies
- Operate and maintain tractors, plows, and other farm machinery
- Manage livestock feeding, health checks, and breeding programs
- Supervise seasonal workers and coordinate daily tasks
- Maintain records of production, inventory, and farm expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sustainable farming practices
- Coordinate with suppliers for seeds, fertilizers, and equipment parts
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on farming experience
- Knowledge of crop rotation, soil management, and organic farming techniques
- Proficiency in operating and repairing farm machinery
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
