  • Manage aircraft systems, navigation, and communications with precision and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Actively participate in Crew Resource Management (CRM), fostering open communication, mutual respect, and a flattened power gradient in the cockpit.
  • Monitor aircraft systems configuration, flight path, and fuel status, providing proactive callouts and cross-checks.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency through rigorous simulator training, LOFT scenarios, and FAA-mandated checks.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced crew members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
  • Conduct thorough post-flight debriefs and complete all necessary flight documentation with 100% accuracy.

Qualification

  • Active Boeing 737 Type Rating (NG/Max experience a distinct advantage).
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
  • U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency with a valid passport (global travel required).
  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to make rapid, safe decisions under pressure.
