Responsibility
- Safely operate Boeing 737-800NG aircraft on commercial routes
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and verify aircraft systems
- Collaborate with Captain to develop flight plans and weather strategies
- Maintain precise communication with Air Traffic Control
- Execute emergency procedures during critical situations
- Document flight logs and incident reports accurately
- Mentor junior pilots on safety protocols and operational standards
Qualification
- CPL (Commercial Pilot License) with IR (Instrument Rating)
- Minimum 1,500 total flight hours (500 hours multi-engine)
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate from Indonesia DGCA
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (ICAO Level 4)
- Experience with Boeing 737 series preferred
- Strong decision-making and crisis management skills
- No history of aviation incidents or violations
- Willingness to work rotating schedules including nights/holidays
