Responsibility
- Ensure passenger safety through pre-flight safety demonstrations and emergency protocols
- Deliver personalized service with cultural sensitivity and multilingual communication
- Manage in-flight cabin operations including meal service and inventory control
- Resolve passenger concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with crew members to maintain seamless flight operations
- Adhere to aviation regulations and company safety standards
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Singaporean work permit or citizenship
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one additional language
- Minimum arm reach of 210cm without shoes
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
