Responsibility
- Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and equipment checks
- Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and baggage stowage
- Deliver in-flight service including meals and beverage service
- Respond to medical emergencies and in-flight incidents
- Ensure cabin cleanliness and compliance with FAA regulations
- Maintain passenger comfort throughout all flight phases
- Collaborate with cockpit crew during irregular operations
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid US passport and ability to travel internationally
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
