Responsibility
- Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and equipment checks to ensure full compliance with federal aviation regulations
- Deliver premium food, beverage, and hospitality services to passengers throughout the flight
- Monitor cabin conditions and respond swiftly to passenger concerns, medical emergencies, or security situations
- Direct and coordinate passenger movement during boarding, deplaning, and emergency evacuations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency procedures, first aid, and aircraft systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for passenger inquiries and special requests during flight
- Ensure the cabin remains organized, clean, and welcoming throughout the journey
Qualification
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid passport and authorization to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, or service industry environments
- Ability to reach overhead compartments up to 6 feet and perform tasks requiring standing for extended periods
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in one or more additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, French) is a strong advantage
- Must pass a background investigation, drug screening, and DOT physical examination
- Comfortable working at altitudes above 35,000 feet with pressurization; must not have conditions that preclude air travel
- Eligible for FAA security background check and airport security identification
