Responsibility
- Ensure passenger safety through pre-flight safety demonstrations and emergency protocol enforcement
- Deliver personalized service including beverage/meal service and in-flight assistance
- Manage cabin inventory and maintain aircraft cleanliness
- Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve service issues with empathy
- Collaborate with crew to coordinate seamless flight operations
- Adhere to FAA regulations and airline safety standards
- Assist during medical emergencies with onboard first aid equipment
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years customer service or hospitality experience
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions
- Fluent English proficiency; bilingual candidates strongly encouraged
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and pre-employment medical evaluation
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
