Responsibility
- Ensure passenger safety through pre-flight safety demonstrations and in-flight monitoring
- Deliver personalized service including meal/beverage service and cabin comfort assistance
- Manage emergency situations with calm professionalism and first aid/CPR protocols
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and inventory management of amenities
- Collaborate with crew members to resolve passenger inquiries and special requests
- Adhere to FAA regulations and company safety policies
- Assist in boarding procedures and seamless connections
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service or hospitality experience
- Valid US passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions
- FAA certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
- Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates strongly encouraged
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must pass 10-year background check and drug screening
