Responsibility
- Ensure passenger safety through rigorous pre-flight safety demonstrations and emergency protocol adherence
- Deliver premium in-flight service including meal/beverage service and personalized assistance
- Manage cabin environment comfort and address passenger inquiries promptly
- Conduct post-flight cabin inspections and documentation
- Collaborate with cockpit crew during irregular operations
- Maintain professional composure during high-pressure situations
- Support special assistance needs for passengers with disabilities
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Valid passport with unrestricted travel authorization
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates strongly preferred
- Must pass FAA-mandated background check and drug screening
- Ability to work irregular schedules including nights/holidays
- Height of 5'2"-6'2" to reach overhead compartments
