Responsibility
- Ensure passenger safety through rigorous pre-flight safety demonstrations and in-flight emergency protocols
- Deliver premium customer service with personalized attention to diverse passenger needs
- Manage cabin operations including meal/beverage service and in-flight retail sales
- Maintain immaculate cabin cleanliness and inventory management of supplies
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and disruptive situations with composure
- Collaborate with cockpit crew to coordinate seamless flight operations
- Adapt to changing schedules, routes, and aircraft configurations
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 21 years of age with valid passport and unrestricted work authorization
- Ability to obtain FAA Flight Attendant certification
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish/Chinese advantageous)
- Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Customer service experience in high-pressure environments
- No visible tattoos/piercings during service; professional appearance required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
