Responsibility
- Ensure passenger safety through pre-flight safety demonstrations and emergency procedures compliance
- Deliver premium in-flight service including meal/beverage service and personalized assistance
- Manage cabin inventory and maintain cleanliness throughout all flight phases
- Address passenger inquiries with professionalism and resolve service concerns promptly
- Collaborate with crew members to ensure seamless operations and coordinated service delivery
- Adhere strictly to FAA regulations and airline safety protocols at all times
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in hospitality or travel industry
- Valid US passport and ability to obtain airport security clearance
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual candidates strongly encouraged
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must pass comprehensive background check and pre-employment medical evaluation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
