Responsibility
- Conduct pre-flight safety inspections and brief passengers on emergency procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including meal service and assistance to passengers with special needs.
- Monitor cabin conditions and address any safety or comfort issues immediately.
- Assist in the event of an emergency, including evacuations and medical incidents.
- Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment throughout the flight.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to swim 25 meters and pass a medical fitness test.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
