Responsibility
- Ensure passenger safety through rigorous pre-flight inspections and emergency procedure demonstrations
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized attention to diverse passenger needs
- Manage cabin operations including meal/beverage service, inventory control, and cabin cleanliness
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies, turbulence, and other in-flight situations
- Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and airline safety protocols
- Collaborate with crew members to resolve conflicts and optimize service efficiency
- Represent SkyWing Airlines with impeccable professionalism during all interactions
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service or hospitality experience
- Valid U.S. passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions
- Must pass FAA-mandated background checks and medical certification
- Exceptional communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency highly valued
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old with flexible availability including nights/holidays
- Previous aviation or emergency response training is advantageous
