Responsibility
- Demonstrate and maintain a strong commitment to passenger safety and cabin security at all times.
- Deliver exceptional in-flight service, including meal and beverage service, and attend to passenger needs.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks, demonstrate safety equipment, and provide clear emergency instructions.
- Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies, medical incidents, and security concerns.
- Assist passengers with boarding, seating, carry-on luggage storage, and deplaning.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for passengers from diverse cultures.
- Complete detailed flight reports and maintain accurate records as required.
- Collaborate with the cockpit crew and ground teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Minimum 21 years of age at time of application.
- Valid passport and ability to travel unrestricted internationally.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds (23 kg) and perform physical tasks such as pushing service carts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Completion of a structured flight attendant training program or previous customer service experience in hospitality or aviation.
