Responsibility
- Ensure passenger safety through pre-flight safety demonstrations and in-flight compliance with FAA regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized meal service and beverage offerings
- Manage emergency situations calmly and professionally using onboard safety equipment
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and inventory management of amenities and supplies
- Collaborate with cockpit crew and ground operations for seamless flight transitions
- Assist passengers with special needs including children, elderly, and medically assisted travelers
- Document and report in-flight incidents, passenger feedback, and service issues
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in hospitality or travel industry
- Valid US passport and ability to obtain airport security clearance
- Fluent English proficiency; bilingual candidates strongly encouraged
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours, lift 35 lbs overhead, and work in variable climates
- Must pass comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hiring
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
