Responsibility
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by conducting pre-flight safety checks and demonstrating safety procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing passenger needs and ensuring a pleasant flying experience.
- Assist with boarding, seat assignments, and baggage stowage, ensuring compliance with airline policies.
- Administer first aid and manage emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Serve meals and beverages, maintaining a high standard of service and presentation.
- Collaborate with the flight deck crew to maintain operational efficiency and communication.
- Complete post-flight reports and assist with aircraft turnaround protocols.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Valid passport and ability to travel freely without restrictions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to lift 50 pounds.
- Completion of airline's flight attendant training program (provided).
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is an asset.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Must be willing to relocate to the New York area and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
