Responsibility
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings to ensure full compliance with regulations.
- Provide exceptional in-flight service, ensuring the highest standards of comfort and hospitality for all passengers.
- Assist passengers during boarding and disembarkation, ensuring a seamless and organized flow.
- Respond to emergencies and medical situations with calmness, efficiency, and composure.
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the cabin at all times.
- Enforce all airline safety and security protocols strictly.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests professionally and diplomatically.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining.
- Excellent vision (corrective lenses allowed) and physical fitness to meet airline requirements.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
