Responsibility
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew at all times during flights.
- Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and emergency procedures.
- Provide exceptional in-flight service, including meal service, beverage preparation, and passenger comfort.
- Maintain a high standard of grooming and cabin cleanliness throughout the flight.
- Assist passengers with special needs and resolve any onboard conflicts with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with the flight deck and ground crew teams.
- Adhere strictly to all aviation regulations and company policies.
Qualification
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality or aviation is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Valid passport with at least 6 months of validity beyond the intended employment start date.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods during flights.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
