Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive pre-flight safety checks and cabin security inspections.
- Deliver customized, high-quality in-flight service including meal, beverage, and duty-free sales.
- Ensure passenger safety by monitoring cabin conditions and enforcing FAA regulations.
- Provide respectful and discreet assistance to passengers with special needs or medical issues.
- Lead and execute emergency evacuations, fire suppression, and medical first response.
- Perform post-flight duties, including cabin restocking, lost and found management, and report filing.
- Cultivate a calm, professional, and friendly atmosphere for passengers and crew alike.
Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree strongly preferred (Hospitality, Communications, or Aviation).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end customer-facing role (hotel, cruise line, corporate jet, or premium retail).
- Valid FAA Flight Attendant Certificate or willingness to successfully complete Aether's training program.
- Current passport with no restrictions on international travel.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy service carts.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Multilingual abilities are a distinct advantage.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of a 10-year background check, credit check, and DOT drug screening.
