Responsibility
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew in compliance with company and international aviation regulations.
- Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and briefings clearly and effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating passenger needs and resolving inquiries with a smile.
- Manage in-flight service, including meal preparation, beverage service, and duty-free sales.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including those with reduced mobility or medical conditions.
- Maintain high standards of cabin cleanliness and presentation throughout the flight.
- Adhere to grooming standards and uniform protocols at all times.
Qualification
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Visual acuity (corrected) with good color vision and depth perception.
- Previous cabin crew or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Valid UK passport with right to work in the UK.
