Responsibility
- Ensure passenger safety through pre-flight safety demonstrations and emergency protocol enforcement
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized attention to passenger needs
- Manage cabin inventory and service operations during flights
- Address passenger concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and airline policies
- Assist during irregular operations including turbulence and medical emergencies
- Collaborate with crew members to optimize service efficiency
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service or hospitality experience
- Valid US passport with ability to travel internationally
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 50 lbs
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must complete FAA-mandated training certification
