Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers across all cabin classes
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and emergency equipment inspections
- Manage in-flight services including meal/beverage service and cabin comfort
- Respond to passenger inquiries with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Execute emergency procedures and medical assistance protocols
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and inventory management
- Collaborate with ground crew for seamless flight operations
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality/aviation
- Valid Singaporean work permit or citizenship
- Minimum height of 158cm with proportional weight
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages preferred)
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- No visible tattoos/piercings during uniform presentation
- Ability to work irregular hours and international schedules
- Passport valid for minimum 2 years
