Responsibility
- Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the long-term vision, mission, and strategic goals of the organization to stakeholders and the board.
- Capital Acquisition: Lead fundraising efforts, including seed, Series A, and beyond, to fuel rapid growth and product development.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing executive team across engineering, sales, and operations.
- Product Innovation: Drive product-market fit by making decisive, data-backed decisions on feature prioritization and roadmap execution.
- Financial Management: Oversee the P&L, manage budgets, and ensure sustainable financial health.
Qualification
- Experience: Proven track record as a Founder, Co-Founder, or CEO of a successful startup (Seed to Series C preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the [Insert Industry, e.g., SaaS/FinTech/HealthTech] market and competitive landscape.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire teams and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Fundraising: Successful history of raising capital from top-tier Venture Capital firms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for investor relations and public speaking.
