- Fundraising & Finance: Lead investor relations, pitch decks, and secure necessary capital to fuel growth.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Operational Excellence: Establish scalable processes and ensure financial health and operational efficiency.
Qualification
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of successfully founding or scaling businesses (seed to series A or beyond).
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to think critically, analyze complex data, and make high-impact decisions.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the tech landscape (SaaS, Fintech, or Consumer Tech preferred).
- Leadership Experience: Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Resilience: Ability to thrive in ambiguity, handle rejection, and pivot strategies without losing momentum.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch to investors and stakeholders.
